Exciting SMTC news for 2027!

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Shrewsbury Musical Theatre Company will be bringing the timeless magic of Singin' in the Rain to the main stage at Theatre Severn in June 2027.

This iconic production has dazzled audiences for generations, and we can’t wait to follow in the footsteps of legends like Gene Kelly as we celebrate the glamour, charm, and unforgettable music of one of musical theatre’s greatest classics.

This amateur production is to be presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International.
