Shrewsbury Musical Theatre Company is thrilled to announce our ambitious October 2026 double-bill. We are bringing two smash-hit modern musicals to the stage, and we want you to be part of the magic.

Whether you want to be under the spotlight at Theatre Severn or rocking out in Wellington, now is the time to get involved!

Our October 2026 Productions

• Come From Away | Theatre Severn (Main Auditorium) An unforgettable true story of hope and humanity. This fast-paced, Celtic-infused ensemble musical tells the incredible story of the 7,000 stranded passengers and the small town in Newfoundland that welcomed them.
• We Will Rock You | Centenary Theatre, Wellington - SMTC is going on tour! Join the Bohemians in a dystopian future where live music is banned. Featuring over 20 of Queen's greatest hits, this is a high-octane rock theatrical experience like no other.

Note to Performers: While the shows will be performed at different venues, all rehearsals will take place in Shrewsbury.
